摇床是重力选矿的主要设备之一，容易操作能一次产出高品位精矿、次精矿、中矿及尾矿多种产品，是重要矿砂选别设备。广泛用于钨、锡、铌及其它稀有金属和贵金属矿。也可用于选铁、锰矿石和煤等。
